Cole entered into politics in his senior year at Johnston High School. Cole worked as an RPI regional field director, as a field organizer for the Iowa Trump Victory campaign, with the Iowa House Majority Fund, and as a secretary for Senator Tim Goodwin. More...

Cole Kramersmeier and Tony Chavez are running for Chair and Vice-Chair because they know what Young Republicans can really be. With over a decade of organizational experience in grassroots and formal recruiting between them, their goal is to ensure that the Iowa Young Republicans live up to their charter and responsibilities in being a resource to any Republican that needs them in the state of Iowa; whether it’s a candidate, a county party, or a young Republican looking for a friend.
